boundaries/usage of comms

when you commission me, you will agree to these terms:

  • you will agree with my cancellation/refund policy

  • you will not use my art for offensive content

  • you will not use my art for ai, to claim as your own ect.

  • comms. are generally personal use unless specified that streaming rights, youtube rights ect. are granted within the comm. (read here) -- if not, commercial use must be paid w/ +25% of price.

  • i will use/post the comm. in social media

  • i have the right to cancel the comm. at any time following the cancellation/refund policy ↓ ↓ ↓

  • as the seller, i am allowed to alter my boundaries/policies at any time.
